     Approved on Consent agenda with staff recommendations: 1. 2 years to commence and review; 2. Hours of operation from 6: a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Note that the ordinance regulating Massage establishments is being rewritten and will come back in January.
27. WS-1110-07 MONTE NOVELLA LLC:
     Approved with staff conditions. Waiver #2 was withdrawn without prejudice.
32. WS-1336-07 MARVIN GARDENS, INC:
     Approved with Staff conditions except as noted: Full width paving on Arville with cubs and gutters; no sdiewanks or lighting. The PC did not address the TAB recommendation that the drainage channel be redesigned to meet downstream flow capacity.
     Staff Recommendation:
     Approval of waiver of development standards #2 and a portion of waiver of development standards #1 for Maule Avenue; and denial of a portion of waiver of development standards #1 for Arville Street.

      Approved with the TAB conditions: 1) Wall on east side of property on Haven to be consistent in design with the existing wall on Haven behind Belz, 2) Design Review as a Public Hearing for lighting and signage, 3) Trash enclosure to be moved to northwest corner of site. Additionally, no pedestrian access onto Haven and a Traffic Study – a condition of which should be Right Out/Right In on Robindale.
